No, we dont have a store however we have a storage space youre welcome to come down to and have a look at prams we have in stock in person if you wanted to see how they work, try in your car, or simply just see colours in person if you are torn between a few.

This must be arranged with us via appointment so we can ensure someone is there to be with you. Located in b63, Cradley. 

Yes, all of our prams have been gently used, stocked, checked and cleaned to a high standard, ready for purchase.

Please be aware they are used prams and wont be in perfectly new condition. We can restore fabrics to nearly new condition and remove and marks or stains however small scratches to frame work wont always be fixable, although we do our best to restore what we can. 

We price our prams due to condition and always make it clear if there are any major defects on our prams.

This can vary, however we have sourced and sold prams within 24 hours of request. We like to make sure anything sourced is best of the best so can take anything up to 14 days. 

We aim to ship your pram as soon as possible within 48 hours of purchase. You will be provided with tracking number once shipped. If it is urgent that you receive it quicker than this just contact us and we will do our best to see what we can do. 

We do accept returns. However these must be returned back to us in full, within 14 calendar days. Please bare in mind we require you to cover the postage back to us, and you must ensure the value of the item is covered when doing so for if the item is lost/damaged on its wat back to us. We are always happy to send over full walk around videos and up close photos prior to posting to ensure you are compoletley happy before purchasing.
